Where do you ship your whiskies?
We currently ship to a wide range of international destinations. Please check our shipping page for a full list of eligible countries and any specific regional restrictions.
How should I store my Bruichladdich bottles?
To maintain the quality of our spirits, store your bottles upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Unlike wine, whisky does not mature further once bottled.
Are your whiskies chill-filtered or colored?
No. We believe in total transparency. All our whiskies are non-chill filtered and free from artificial colorants like E150a to ensure the natural flavor profile is preserved.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, once your order leaves our distillery on Islay, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its progress to your door.
What is your return policy for damaged goods?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence to arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer gift packaging or personalized notes?
Many of our whiskies come in iconic tin tubes. During the checkout process, you can also opt to include a personalized gift message with your order.
